Raffle Ticket Uses

Events

Events

Individually numbered tickets are perfect for ensuring the legitimacy of guests entering your concert, gig, or show. Whatever your event, numbered tickets will make sure you don’t overfill your capacity and will act as a great memento of the experience! It’s also a security benefit – as numbered tickets assigned to particular guests will make them much harder to counterfeit. You can also print details of upcoming events, contact details or social media profiles on the tickets, giving you some excellent organic (and free!) advertising.

Cloakrooms

Raffle tickets can be perfect for cloakrooms at nightclubs, concerts or even fine dining establishments. Simply give the ticket stub to the customer and hang the ticket on their coat! At the end of the night stub reunites with ticket: a match made in heaven!

Parking Permits

Uniquely numbered tickets work wonders as parking passes, especially if your parking area has somewhat limited space. This will make sure you don’t accidentally overfill your car park and will allow you to check that only the drivers who should be using your car park, are using your car park!

Tombola

Certain types of raffles sometimes need special permission from a local council, as they are technically a form of gambling. Tombola events, however, are a great alternative – with the added bonus that everyone wins a prize! Because of this, a tombola is not considered a game of chance, as every ticket wins something, however small. If you’re raising money for a charitable organisation, don’t forget to include the charity’s contact details and social media links on the ticket, allowing participants to donate further at their leisure.

Prize Draws

You can use the ticket stubs to hold a prize draw! Whether it’s in a school or a business, prize draws can be fantastic incentives, and raffle tickets are a great way to make sure everyone has a fair chance. You can even jazz up the draw with a makeshift lottery machine or mixing sphere!

Meal / Refreshment Tokens

Quite often we use refreshment, drink or meal tokens at an event. Consider using raffle tickets for this very purpose; the stubs can be used to correlate to the existing ticket, ensuring that your patrons and visitors receive the freebies that they should. Plus, you can incentivise customers to purchase drinks or snacks on top of their inclusive items by including a discount code or phrase printed on the tickets!

Golden Tickets

Consider using raffle tickets as Golden Tickets for your raffle or tombola. Printing a limited number of fancier raffle tickets, perhaps with foiling or holograms, to act as further incentive for participants can work wonders for your raffle! Use these golden tickets as incentive to buy. For example, for every 50 tickets you buy, you receive one golden ticket free of charge. Should the holder then win a prize, the golden ticket can act as an additional win- either doubling the prize, adding a new one or offering more entries into the next draw.
